There's seldom a simple yes or no answer. The compatibility of aftermarket parts between the Ruger® 10/22® and the Thompson/Center® T/CR22® is no different. I'll do my best to simplify what will and won't work. Let's start with the trigger group. The TG2000 Trigger Group does fit and is the easiest, most effective way to improve your trigger. Once installed, you'll have a crisp, clean 2.25 lb trigger pull. The only drawback of utilizing TG2000 is the bolt hold open feature found on the T/CR22® would be eliminated. Don't need the complete trigger group? Our Target Hammer for the 10/22 will drop right into the factory trigger group. While not as light as the complete TG2000, the Target Hammer results in an approximate 3 lb pull. Our Automatic Bolt Release (standard on the TG2000) will also fit the factory trigger group. Unfortunately our trigger, sear, and disconnector will not work as stand-alone drop-in parts. Looking to improve functioning? There are several options available. The Competition Bolt is a complete drop-in replacement for the T/CR22® receiver. If you choose to stick with your factory bolt, our Exact Edge Extractor, SureStrike Firing Pin, and Extended Bolt Handle all work together or as separate items. Please note that our Competition Bolt is only compatible with the T/CR22® when used in conjunction with our TG2000 Trigger Group. Want to take it one step further? Our complete lineup of stocks, lightweight barrels, and stainless steel barrels for the 10/22® will also fit the T/CR22®. We all know how much fun rebuilding the 10/22® can be. Now's time to take your Thompson/Center® T/CR22® to that same level! Committed to Building it Better, |
