First and foremost, I want to say thank you for being a part of the Volquartsen family. Your loyalty is appreciated more than you will ever know.

As we reflect on 2020, the year that we will never forget, I believe perspective is everything and that for all of its craziness, 2020 brought with it tremendous opportunities.

• Opportunity to spend more time with family
• Opportunity for many to reconnect with the outdoors
• Opportunity to have our strengths and weaknesses revealed to us
• Opportunity to reach over 7 million new gun owners and educate them about the industry we are so passionate about
• Opportunity to develop new products with so many events being canceled
• Opportunity to learn a new skill or hone an existing one

The list could go on and will be specific to each individual, however it's these opportunities and what we have learned that will determine how 2021 will go. Simply flipping a calendar isn't going to change anything for us.

Real change only happens by decisions we make. Every single decision we make moves us either closer to or further away from our goals. It’s a combination of all these micro decisions that dictate what we can or can’t accomplish.
