Limited Run - Target Hammers for the 10/22® and 10/22® Magnum

Do you prefer a slightly heavier trigger pull on your 10/22®?

A 2.25 lb trigger pull is great, but what can you do for those situations that call for a slightly heavier pull? For example, certain competitions such as the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) require a minimum 3 lb pull. Other times, if you are out in the field, wearing gloves to protect against the elements, a slightly heavier pull might be ideal.

For these reasons, we decided to do a limited run of our Target Hammer for the 10/22® and 10/22® magnum. This run is different from our standard Target Hammer in the sense that it reduces the trigger pull down to approximately 2.75-3.00 lb.

Our Target Hammer is designed to give the factory Ruger® 10/22® a superb “trigger job” by simply replacing the factory hammer. No stoning or fitting is required. EDM cut from A-2 Tool Steel and hardened to Rc 58–60. Also included is our 10/22® target hammer spring, hammer bushings, hammer shims and trigger return spring.
