Catching Up With Katie Pavlich

A few weeks ago we had the privilege of hosting Katie Pavlich and her husband Gavy for a return trip to Carroll, Iowa. We were able to spend some time in the shop taking a look at a couple soon-be-released new products.

We also had the opportunity to record an episode of the No Excuse To Miss podcast where we talk about her background as a journalist, her thoughts about the digital era we are living in, the firearms industry, and her routine as a media personality who’s always on the go. Katie also explains a little more about how she deals with bad comments and the haters she gets online every day, and how she tries to focus on what’s important to her.

We even managed to spend some time on the range, albeit the weather wasn't on our side. Maybe best of all, we were able to gather our entire team for some amazing food by Andy Moeckel aka The Flip Flop Guy.

Andy cooked up Hawaiian axis deer quarters using his unique Flip Flop method.
