Black Friday Deals

It seems we were still enjoying summer weather when it happened. The first Black Friday email hit my inbox on October 1. I only remember this as I had to check the calendar and make sure I hadn't missed the entire month of October. What initially started as a discounted shopping day has become a several-month-long process where companies continue to find new ways to offer discounts and promotions.

A few years back, we decided it had become too much. We aren't a discount brand and weren't willing to sacrifice quality to fit into the madness. Oddly, it never felt quite right to me that a customer was being penalized for ordering in September and not waiting until Black Friday. I am as much of an impulse buyer as anybody, so I appreciate buying from companies, knowing that there won't be a sudden discount or sale. It's never fun to watch your friends buy the same thing you purchased but at a discount because they decided to wait.

Admittedly, we were a little nervous about how this would be received but reading the responses and emails in support of what we were doing told us we weren't the only ones that think it's gotten out of hand.

There's a sense of pride in manufacturing our products, and once the word "discount" or "sale" enters the conversation, it can adversely affect our end goal.

If you see an online discount code for us, it's safe to assume it's fake. The only discounts we offer are to our active and retired military and law enforcement members as well as products currently listed on our Clearance page. We also offer year-round free shipping on all orders of $200 or more.

I also encourage you to check out our dealer network. Many of our dealers have firearms in stock and ready to purchase. This is also a great way to have the opportunity to handle the firearm before buying while also supporting a local business.
