It is constantly updated with products, pictures, and information about why it may have landed there. It isn't something we want to do, and in a perfect world, everything would pass QC, but that isn't reality.

Often, our customers contact us to let us know they cannot find the flaw. Regardless of how noticeable the blemish may or may not be, all products sold through our Clearance Page come with the same warranty as if you were buying it new.

If you have followed our Clearance Page for a while, you may have noticed that our pricing appears inconsistent. It is because of an internal 3-tier system that we use to price clearance items.

Tier 1 would be in the best shape with minimal blemishes. This tier would have something like an imperfection in the finish or a small scratch like the ones that many customers have to look twice to see. On the other end would be Tier 3. These products have been used for demonstrations or testing purposes. They may also have more noticeable cosmetic flaws.

As much as we try to add detailed photos depicting each flaw, it isn't always possible.
