I need that on mine

"I would love to be able to improve the trigger on my pistol, but I'm not sure I can get it installed properly."

"Can I send it to you and have it installed?"

These two questions came up over and over again last week at the NRA Show in Atlanta. This is one of the reasons we enjoy working consumer shows. It allows customers to give us direct feedback that we cannot receive anywhere else. It lets us not only know what we are doing right, but what we can improve on as well.

Customers that stopped by were able to test the triggers on both our rifles and pistols that were on display. Many of them wanted to know how they could upgrade their firearms with a similar trigger. That question came up almost as much as "how do you pronounce the name of your company?" It is pronounced VOAL-kort-sen, for those wondering.

So how are you able to improve your trigger pull on either your Ruger 10/22 style rifle or Ruger MKII, MKIII, or MK IV? It's easier than you might think. We offer several drop-in kits to complete this, as well as full installation services if you'd rather have us do the work.

We'll breakdown the pistol options first.

** Ruger MK IV ** (this also applies to the 22/45 in the MK IV platform)

Our Accurizing Kit for the Ruger MK IV is what you need. What does it all do?

  • Crisp, clean 2.25 lb trigger pull
  • Pretravel and overtravel adjustments in the trigger (no need to disassemble pistol to adjust these)
  • Eliminates magazine disconnect
  • Now comes standard with our CNC Machined Disconnector.

Including the CNC Machined Disconnector was done in response to customer feedback, as we have found that combining this with our Accurizing Kit provides a much more consistent trigger pull. If you have already ordered and received an Accurizing Kit for the MK IV, we are giving you a limited time to order a disconnector at the same disocunt as what is now included with the kit. All you need to do to receive this discount is enter the code May2017 at checkout.

** Ruger MKII, MKIII and MKIII 22/45 ** We have Accurizing Kits available in several configurations for these. If you are looking to eliminate the magazine disconnect in the Ruger MKIII, you will want to order the Accurizing Kit for the Ruger MKII. These kits provide the same crisp, clean trigger pull as done on the Ruger MK IV.

Don't feel comfortable installing these kits? We're happy to do it for you! For a $65.00 charge we will install the kit and test it prior to shipping it back to you.

How about your Ruger 10/22? This is where it gets really easy. We offer our complete drop-in trigger guard TG2000. This requires you to knock out the two pins that hold the factory trigger guard in place, insert our TG2000, reinsert pins, and you are done!

To quote customers as they were dry firing our display models at NRA "Wow, I need that on mine!" It's time you did yourself a favor and upgrade that factory trigger pull.
