U.S. Export Controls
United States export controls and other regulations apply to our international sales. Therefore, at this time we do not ship to every country in the world. Today, we ship our products to 82 countries.
We apologize if we are not able to ship to your country today. The number of countries to which we ship will grow, so please check back in the future.
In certain countries, we ship firearm parts and optical sights to dealers, distributors, other authorized businesses and government agencies, but not to individuals.

International Shipments to Individuals
U.S. export controls do not apply to EAR99 Items. We ship these products directly to individuals in all 82 countries to which we ship.
Export controls apply to firearm parts. We accept orders up to USD 500 for export-controlled firearm parts from individuals in 14 countries. There is a limit of USD 6,000 per year on the total value of firearm parts we can export to individuals. We do not accept orders for firearm parts from purchasers in other countries at this time.
Export controls apply to telescopic, holographic, reflex/red dot, reticle sights, or other sights with optical elements. We accept orders for these items from individuals in 30 countries. The USD 500 per-order limit and USD 6,000 limit that apply to firearm parts do not apply to optics.
We are unable to ship complete firearms, or firearm frames or receivers, to individuals. Please ask a licensed firearms dealer near you to purchase the firearm, frame or receiver and transfer it to you under the laws of your country.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are treated as exports. The policies applicable to export shipments to individuals apply to shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses must be for the personal use of the purchaser and may not be resold or retransferred.
Placing Orders with Us
Purchasers in the countries to which we ship may place orders with us through our website or by email. Email orders should be sent to: email@example.com.
Payment is due with your order, unless we expressly agree otherwise in a commercial or governmental order.
If an order has not been fully paid for previously, full payment must be received prior to shipment.
Products exported by Volquartsen Firearms are authorized for end use by the purchaser. Products shipped to individuals and to other purchasers who are not authorized to resell them under the laws of their country may not be transferred or sold without the permission of the U.S. Government. Products shipped to dealers and distributors for resale may be resold to lawful purchasers only in the country to which we ship the products and only in accordance with the laws of that country. Products purchased for resale may not be sold to purchasers in any other country or transferred to any other country.
Background Checks, Suspicious or Illegal Activity
We conduct background checks on all purchasers to ensure that we ship our products only to authorized purchasers. We reserve the right to refuse to accept or ship orders for any reason we determine appropriate. We will report suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate legal authorities.
Many Volquartsen Firearms products require an import permit before they can be imported into countries outside the United States. It is your responsibility to obtain any import permit required by your destination country. If an import permit is required, a copy of the import permit must be emailed to us prior to shipment.
To avoid delays in shipment, required import permits should be emailed to us as soon as possible after you have placed your order. Import permits that are not in English must be provided in pdf format.
Volquartsen Firearms is not responsible for deliveries that are not completed due to your failure to obtain a required import permit.
Available international shipping options vary from country to country. We prefer to use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for small packages, but USPS does not carry all products to all countries. Due to recent changes in U.S. export regulations for firearms and related products, we do not yet know whether UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers will accept packages to all countries not served by USPS. We can ship by commercial freight forwarder to all countries, but that is often too expensive for shipments to individuals. If we encounter difficulties shipping your products, we will contact you.
We will provide tracking information after your order has shipped if tracking information is available to us. Questions regarding international shipping can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
